The scooter arrived and appart from a little tyre wear looked brand new. Although I live at the other side of the country in South Wales it was delivered palletised and totally free dilivery. Contact was with Charlie in head office who was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Any queries I had he answered quickly and efficiently. The service has been A1 throughout and if I need another scooter I willl definately purchase from this company again.

If you need help choosing the right scooter for you, in my opinion, I dont think you are going to get better than Charlie at Sunshine Scooters. I was not able to go into the store because of my disability, but over the phone he helped me sift through the online scooters they had for sale, and taking into account my many requirements he helped me find the best fit for me. I really felt he knew his scooters, not just the specifications listed, but also what the scooters were actually like to drive in practice. He knew things that dont get written down by the manufacturers. He was VERY patient and very knowledgeable and organised delivery and aftercare perfectly. The delivery driver was part of the team, and was equally helpful and unloaded my scooter in a ready-to-go condition and was able to show me how everything worked. This was so much better than me having to unpack a scooter wrapped in plastic on a pallet. Also, unlike some mobility scooter suppliers who told me to just look at their online shop and call them back when I had made my decision, Charlie could not have been more helpful. When I need another one I will definitely go back to this shop.

I recently contacted Sunshine scooters for some help in purchasing a reclining chair for my mother. I spoke to Charlie and he was absolutely fantastic. He gave me a few options (I didn’t realise there was so many!). He ordered, delivered and set up the chair for us. Thank you again. My mum loves it

Good company, sometimes it is better to judge a company when there is a problem, there was a minor “blip” which the company put right immediately and apologised for, overall an excellent firm to deal with.

Looking for mobility scooter? Then look no further than sunshine scooters. I just bought a TGA breeze s4max, and from buying to delivery they couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything was as smooth as practically possible and even gave me a fair price for my old scooter, which if I’m honest saved me the hassle and headache of trying to sell it privately. I highly recommend this company, both David and Charlie will go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasurable experience dealing with sunshine scooters. I recently bought my first mobility scooter from Sunshine Scooters. I was worried that the majority of mobility scooters looked a little old fashioned for myself (I’m 32) however, Charlie understood the assignment. He found a decent selection within my budget to choose from. I was even invited to come to the warehouse to try out the scooters so I could make an informed decision about which model to choose. I absolutely love my mobility scooter and was extremely pleased with the service I received. I’d highly recommend this company.

Been a long time debating the type of scooter to buy and how useful they would be to meet out needs. After finding Sunshine Scooters and having a discussion they made the experience of buying so easy and a pleasant diagnosing and recommending the best scooter to meet out needs. The sales process was never pressurised and we were able to try various scooters to ensure we’d chosen correctly. Communication was never an issue as we were kept up to date post purchase. Nothing was an issue and I was particularly impressed with the after sales support we received. I wouldn’t have any issue recommending this company if you’re in the market for a scooter to support your mobility needs. Thank you Sunshine Scooters for making our life so much easier.
